Embroidery details:

• Two lines of embroidery, with a name or message on the top line and a date in DD-MM-YY format below. We will use dashes (-) as date separators as default.
• Your choice of available embroidery thread colours in either a script style font or easy-read font
• Maximum embroidery width will depend upon the animal design, but will be of approximately 10 width
• Height of the text is determined by the width – more text on the name/message line will result in each individual letter being smaller

Fabric: 100% Polyester plush with polyester embroidery thread. Hand wash only.

Please note: Unless faulty, customised products cannot be returned. Remove all hang tags and their fasteners before giving these items to a child. This item may be supplied with removable inner stuffing vacuum packed to save on packaging waste and reduce environmental impact. Remove stuffing from vacuum packing and leave to expand for 10-15 minutes before inserting via the zipped base to fully assemble.
